Genpack
Genpack is a rigid, non-toxic pharmaceutical grade PVC film designed for blister packaging. Its minimal handling and packaging ensures that the material is free of microorganisms.
It has excellent performance in all thermoforming equipment. Its barrier properties meet the requirements for medicine packaging and its quality characteristics are ideal for packaging with less demanding requirements than Vipack.
Vipack Pharmaceutical GP
Vipack Pharmaceutical GP is a rigid, non-toxic pharmaceutical grade PVC film designed for blister packaging. All raw materials are listed in the FDA Drug Master File (DMF) in compliance with the requirements set forth in Resolution 4143 of 2012, Packaging materials that will come into direct contact with Food.
Its minimal handling and packaging ensures that the material is free of microorganisms.
- Color: Transparent, Amber, Campari, Bouquet and White.
- Gauges: 250, 260, 300, 310, 350 and 390 microns.
UV Pharmaceutical Vipack
Pharmaceutical Vipack UV is a rigid, non-toxic, pharmaceutical grade PVC film, designed for blister packaging, protected with additives that provide protection from UV light.
Camaro, amber and orange colors comply with USP regulation 23, 661, Light Transmission. All raw materials are listed in the FDA Drug Master File (DMF) in compliance with the requirements set forth in Resolution 4143 of 2012, Packaging materials that will come into direct contact with Food.
- Color: Transparent, Camaro.
- Gauges: 250, 260, 300, 310 microns.
Vipack Pharmaceutical HS
It has the property of thermoforming at a lower temperature than Vipack Pharmaceutical GP. Thus, the Pharmaceutical Vipack HS represents improvements in productivity during thermoforming that are reflected by an increase in speed from 20% more than the GP quality and/or by energy savings during the thermoforming process.
Its minimal handling and packaging ensures that the material is free of microorganisms.

PVC PVDC (Duplex)
PVC film coated with PVdC, non-toxic, developed for blister packaging of pharmaceutical products.
Its main characteristic is the barrier it generates to water vapor and oxygen.

- Gauges: 250-40, 250-60
PVC PE PVDC (Triplex)
PVC film coated with PE and PVdC, non-toxic, developed for blister packaging of pharmaceutical products.
Its main characteristic is the barrier it generates to water vapor and oxygen.
